The LEAR Family in Gloucestershire

There are a number of LEAR families in Gloucestershire that appear distinctly separate. It is likely some had their origins further North while others moved to the area from Devon or perhaps even London.

 The following two LEAR families have been identified, researched to some extent and found to originate in Bitton near Bristol

Research has also identified several early LEAR families in the Bitton, Hanham, Oldland area of Gloucestershire.
